Provide sponsors with a detailed report following your event. Include copies of marketing material, media coverage, professional photographs showcasing their involvement. Overwhelm the sponsor with successful results then invite them to renew for next year.

In the post-event report we recommend you list the valuation of your different segments. A typical great return (ROI) should be around 3 times their investment, Use a common formula used in Media Buys such as Cost Per Thousand (CPM).

Thank your sponsors again for their involvement and inform them about future opportunities. Consider offering them discounted rates if they sign-up for several events or projects. Invite them to future events even if they haven’t sponsored them to maintain a great relationship.
